The Honor System Tuition Approach; you choose the camp tuition that fits your family best.
Why 3 Different Prices?
In these turbulent economic times, families are telling us they appreciate any financial assistance we can provide. Moms and dads tell us they want their child to experience the joys and benefits of New York YMCA Camp this summer, even though economic times are tough. They know the value of YMCA Camp extends well beyond the camp season!
We have responded with a brand new way to help families with the cost of camp:
Realizing that families have differing abilities to pay, we have a voluntary 3-Tier pricing program. Please take a moment to look at the rate descriptions and determine which of the three prices your family is able to pay for your child's experience.
Tier 1 - Is the actual cost of camp for a child to participate.
Tier 2 - Is our partially subsidized fee for temporary or minor financial need.
Tier 3 - Is our heavily subsidized fee for those in need of more financial assistance.
This is strictly an honor system; select the fee you feel is appropriate to what you can pay. The program is voluntary, and in no way influences the experience children receive. Our policy is to turn no child away due to inability to pay our camp tuition. If you require more financial assistance then the below rates provide, please contact Jenny our Camp Registrar: camps@ymcanyc.org or 877-30-YCAMP

Weekend Camp is not a standalone program. Children can enroll if parents prefer to pick their child up on Sunday rather than Friday.
